We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, appointment and service information, communications with our office, signed intake or consent information, and technical information such as IP address, browser type, device details, and timestamps. When you choose text messaging, we also retain evidence of your selection, including the date, source, disclosure version, and mobile number provided.

We use information to schedule and administer appointments, deliver requested wellness services, send confirmations and receipts, provide customer care, protect our systems, maintain business records, satisfy legal obligations, and—only when you separately choose it—send appointment and service text messages.

Text-message enrollment is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services. If you check the separate “Appointment & Service Text Messages” box, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule updates, and customer-care texts from Divine Creation Wellness Center at the mobile number you provide. 4. Mobile Information and Messaging Consent
We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Those providers may not use this information for their own marketing.
5. Payments and Service Providers
Payments may be processed by Square or another payment processor. We do not store complete payment-card numbers in the Divine Creation booking module. Limited information may be processed by vendors that provide hosting, security, communications, payment processing, and operational support. These providers are permitted to use information only to perform services for us, subject to appropriate restrictions.
6. Cookies, Logs, and Security
Our systems may use necessary cookies and server logs to keep sessions secure, prevent fraud, maintain availability, and understand technical performance. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, preserve consent records, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our rights. Our online booking and messaging program is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without appropriate authorization.
